Read these Terms carefully before using fs999. By registering or placing any bet on this platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below.
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and fs999 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the fs999 website and all games, features, and services available through it. These Terms apply to all persons who access the Platform, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the Platform.
fs999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. 1. Eligibility
Access to and use of fs999 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. fs999 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at its sole discretion.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds held in the account will be forfeited.
- You must be a natural person accessing the Platform for personal recreational use only. Commercial use or use on behalf of a third party is not permitted without prior written consent from fs999.
- You must not be a self-excluded player on fs999 or subject to any responsible gaming restriction that prevents you from accessing gambling services on the Platform.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information when creating your account. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or false identity documents, is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on fs999 at any given time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, fs999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any bonuses claimed across those accounts.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. fs999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is treated as your activity and is your responsibility.
- You must notify fs999 promptly via the support email in the footer if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. fs999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, provided fs999 has not been negligent in its own security obligations.
- fs999 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or at any time fs999 deems verification necessary. Failure to complete KYC checks within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
- fs999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its users.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
fs999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the payment methods supported at the time of transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Supported methods, minimum transaction amounts, and maximum transaction limits are subject to change at fs999's discretion without prior notice.
- All deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made on behalf of another person, or funded by a third party, are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account placed under review.
- Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method and any additional verification requirements in force at the time of the request.
- fs999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds relate to fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or are subject to an active investigation. In such cases fs999 will inform the account holder of the reason for the delay where permitted to do so.
- Deposited funds not used in any wagering activity within 365 days of the last account transaction may be subject to an inactivity review. fs999 will provide advance notice to the account holder's registered contact details before any action is taken on dormant account balances.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
fs999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, published at the time the offer is made available. Where offer-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the offer-specific terms prevail for that offer.
- Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and the games contributing to it will be stated in the offer terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion unless the specific offer terms expressly state that repeat claims are permitted. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via multiple accounts or any other means constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- fs999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer before it is claimed, to modify the terms of an ongoing promotion where there is a genuine operational reason, and to void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bad-faith exploitation of a bonus.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. fs999 may, at its discretion, exclude high-volume or professional players from specific promotional offers without prejudice to those players' continued access to the Platform's non-bonus services.
5. Gameplay and Fair Play
All slot games, table games, and live casino titles on fs999 are supplied by third-party licensed game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, for live dealer titles, by the physical results of the live dealing process. fs999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
- Sports betting odds are set by fs999's trading operations and reflect the assessed probability of each outcome at the time the market is offered. Odds may change before a bet is accepted. Once a bet is accepted by the system the odds are locked for that bet.
- In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sports event that prevents a result from being determined, fs999 will void all bets on the affected round or market and return stakes to players' accounts. fs999 accepts no liability for losses caused by technical failures outside its reasonable control.
- In the event of a manifest error in odds, payouts, or game parameters — including an obvious pricing error in sports markets — fs999 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. A manifest error is one that any reasonable person would recognise as obviously incorrect.
- Players must not use any strategy, software, or device designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including automated betting scripts, data-scraping tools, or any exploitation of a software vulnerability. Such conduct results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
6. Responsible Gaming
fs999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care towards players seriously. The Platform provides responsible gaming tools accessible from within account settings that registered players may use to manage their gambling activity.
- Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.
- Session time reminders: you may configure alerts that notify you of the time you have been actively playing in a single session. These appear as on-screen notifications and do not automatically end your session.
- Self-exclusion: you may apply for a self-exclusion period during which your account will be suspended and you will be prevented from opening a new account. Self-exclusion takes effect promptly and remains in force for the selected duration. Requests to lift a self-exclusion before its expiry are subject to a mandatory review period.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fs999 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Opening or maintaining multiple accounts on the Platform, whether under your own name or using third-party identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with game systems in a manner not available to a standard human player using a conventional browser.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker-format games or coordinated betting to exploit a pricing error in a sports market.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime, or otherwise using fs999 in a manner that violates applicable law. fs999 is required to report suspicions of financial crime to relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the account holder.
8. Limitation of Liability and Amendments
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fs999's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fs999 accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits or opportunity costs.
fs999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, market, payment method, or service on the Platform at any time without prior notice. The current version of these Terms is always the version published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
